Credit Hire Solicitor – Legal Executive

QDOS Law is a contemporary firm of solicitors recently founded by the QDOS Group. We are currently looking for experienced solicitors and legal executives, who specialise in credit hire litigation.

Our firm’s board and key personnel includes several leading practitioners of contemporary credit hire litigation, including a renowned barrister as a non-executive director. Since 2004, the QDOS Group through QDOS Assist, has supported motorists referred through insurers, MGAs, brokers, vehicle dealerships and other select partners following the aftermath of an accident. As a qualified solicitor or legal executive, you will use your experience litigating credit hire cases to pursue the best outcomes for our clients and other select credit hire organisations.

Who are we looking for?

You will be a qualified solicitor or CILEX with a minimum of three years’ experience litigating credit hire cases with demonstrable technical knowledge and expertise.

We need people who have a passion for credit hire litigation, who can ensure that our clients receive the best support and exception client care.

Although you will receive excellent support provided by the leading practitioners on our board, you will be the type of person who strives to achieve excellence without constant supervision and will endeavour to thrive with the right guidance.

What will you be doing?

• Effectively manage your own case load of high-quality fast track and multitrack cases, from inception, through litigation and to trial
• Utilise your technical prowess to its fullest in everything that you do, to obtain the best outcome for your clients as expediently as possible.
• Reporting to the board, you will be highly responsive to emergent litigation tactics and trends.

• A salary upwards of £40,000, depending on experience.
